Return/Exchange your product in just a few clicks. Please enter your order number and email / mobile number to continue. We offer a FREE first time exchange for your order. For a second time exchange, a reverse pick-up and delivery fee of Rs.499/- is applicable.
You can track your order by logging into your account on our website and navigating to the Track Order section. You will also receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
All Ladyboss footwear is crafted from 100% genuine leather, ensuring durability, breathability and comfort. We also prioritize using eco-friendly materials wherever possible.
Since all our products are handcrafted and only made to order, we usually dispatch most orders within 3-5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of the order date. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location. You should receive your products within 5-10 working days.
To maintain the quality of your Ladyboss shoes, regularly clean them with a soft, damp cloth and a mild soap. Avoid direct sunlight and store them in a dry place.
